How we work

A selection list and a set of app materials follow the same steps, so nothing depends on a verbal promise.

The four steps

1. Write — use lcigeneral@luxecart.xyz. Put selection, cart, purchase support, or digital support in the subject.
2. Sort — we reply with the line of work, or we say the request is outside scope for now.
3. Complete — we ask only for materials needed to answer. We do not ask for passwords or full card numbers.
4. Record — if scope, price, or timing is discussed, the email text is the record.
